What made your meal so bad? Did you order a la carte or buffet?

I've only been to the Hillside location. I found the temp a little low, and some dishes could've used a bit more spice. However, in terms of general flavour, the a la carte dishes I ate had a touch more authentic taste than most of the other westernized asian places in town.
